Yes. Solarisbank supports the Enhanced (Decoupled) SCA flow, and access to the Solaris PSD2 XS2A API for payment initiation and new consent creation is provided via this flow.
Solarisbank has no PSU accounts which are not affiliated with one of the partners that you as a TPP might need access to. For this reason, Solarisbank does not expose a generic Solarisbank configurationID.
Instead, the configurationID listed in the documentation correspond to Solarisbank partner brands. The selected configuration_id must be passed as the value of the X-Custom-Property-Partner-Id header. This allows Solarisbank to route the PSU to the correct partner environment for authentication.
