Yes, but this is standard behavior unrelated to changing the certificate. For requested accounts, the GET /accounts endpoint provides account IDs as UUIDs, valid only as long as the associated consent exists (as per the Berlin Group specification). When a new consent is created, the first GET /accounts request will result in new account IDs for the new consent.
For AIS endpoints, will the account ID assigned to each PSU change if they re-consent under new certificates?
