Is it possible to use more than one recurring consent at a time for specific (PSU, TPP, Bank) combination?

Currently, it is not possible to have >1 recurring consents for the combination (TPP, PSU, Bank). This behaviour is based on the Berlin Group Specification (Implementation Guidelines, version 1.3.6 , p. 129 https://77cb457b-3353-4bdc-8ab6-ff6bb2ccdc98.filesusr.com/ugd/c2914b_4e199ee414694593858905ff3ef412f6.pdf) and hard coded in the solution and cannot get switched off.
RTS SCA & CSC, Art. 10 provides no more detail on how recurring access and the consents are managed. So there is no rule forcing an ASPSP to only offer one recurring consent for a (TPP, PSU, BANK). But on the other hand, there is also no rule that forbids an ASPSP to realise exactly this behaviour. We are not lawyers and cannot give legal advice here, this is just our interpretation of the RTS.
