Be informed that accessing or running APIs in Germany (or other country of the Bank residency) is not possible unless the EBA registry confirms that you are active as a TPP for that country.
Note that being listed in the EU Trust Service Providers List does not override the need for country-specific authorization in the EBA registry.
So:
Check the EBA registry at EBA Register to confirm your authorization status.
Check whether you are authorized to run APIs as a TPP in the country where access is being attempted (e.g., Germany).
